They always get me in quickly, and they actually tell you how long your wait will be to see the provider. When the provider comes in, they always speck to me as if I am a person, I never feel like I get the old push and shove, they take their time and see what’s really going. I love the people here and always know I’ll be well taken care of when I bring myself to this establishment

Nothing that comes to mind, y’all have snacks in the waiting area and that’s peak!

Bonnie made sure to talk directly to my [AGE] year old to ask him what is going on with him and explained everything as she was doing it. She made sure my boy was comfortable before touching him and gave him stickers when we were done because he was such a good boy.

Our Medical assistant who came in and took vitals and info was so sweet and kind to my little girl made her feel very safe and comfortable. Not sure of her name but she was sweet and loving.

Bonnie was so sweet and comforting. Smile at all times and thoroughly explained everything.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Front desk/reception could be much more welcoming. The clerk was short and rude upon arrival. Nobody wants to be sick and need to be seen but in this field, as a [ ] employee, we need to be welcoming and kind to patients.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am always treated respectfully and compassionately when I I come here. From the front desk, nursing staff, to the provider. I live in another state, but when I’m sick or injured while visiting family in northern Michigan, urgent care in Gladwin is my go to place, due to staff, clean and pleasant facilities, and ease of accessing care and location. I have never been unhappy, and my needs addressed.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
When I come to the urgent care, I always feel seen and heard. Even if I’m just coming in for a rash, they take my concerns seriously and give me the best advice that they can for the situation at hand. I will always recommend Gladwin urgent care for their professionalism and great bed side manners!

In my opinion, I don’t think I would change anything, they always do a wonderful job
