I don't understand why he would put in my notes that I need to do a full sleep study when he told me he didnt think I had a sleep issue. I dont think I have an issue either, i dont think that merits a 5k test without results showing there may be an issue. I am not confidant in this Dr. doing what is best for me. Very upset after my visit.

Doctor lied to me when he said I didn't have sleep apnea and he doesn't automatically order an expensive sleep study to every person there for consultation.

Excellent experience. I was very happy with my visit and was a little surprised that the Provider actually went over all the material that he did. It was great, but first time I’ve ever had that done. Excellent experience

I was so appreciative the way Dr. Kozlowski made me feel comfortable, put me at ease, explained everything I had feared, and gave me a good path forward that I'm comfortable with. Please recognize him, he deserves it!
