Patient flow could be enhanced with some scheduling modifications. The staff works well, but cannot pick up the pace without some modifications to the schedule.

I am very grateful to have Bascolm Palmer in Naples. I also referred my seasonal friend there and he was very grateful as he had blood in his eye. He called his doctor at Cleveland Clinic who knew about Bascolm Palmer location and sent a referral for Dr Kovach, the same retinal specialist I see.
