Because thecprovider I saw yesterday is not my normal doctor at Bascom Palmer, I realize she could not spend a lot of time explaining my situation, but I appreciate her fitting me in.

Patient flow could be enhanced with some scheduling modifications. The staff works well, but cannot pick up the pace without some modifications to the schedule.
