Kourtney and {staff} are extremely skilled at what they do. They have a way of making the patient feel relaxed, yet they are very professional, caring, and considerate. They ask the right questions, and they LISTEN. I felt that my exam could not have been more thorough.

Kourtney & her medical assistant. Are both incredible and I know I’m in good hands with them both. They never make me feel rushed or like a bother. I enjoy all interactions with them as much as one can for going to their PCP.

I like the fact that she takes the time to get to know you and remembers you and goes through things thoroughly. It’s a pleasure having her as my nurse practitioner.

I had an amazing experience with Kourtney Chapman. I had my new patient visit with her and I felt like she actually listened to me and provided excellent care. We were able to solve an issue that I was having for a while within the first visit.

Everyone was professional, kind, and at no point did I feel rushed. Kourtney clearly addressed all of my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options. I was also very happy with the overall attitude in the office. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

Kourtney and her MA were both amazing! They were both so kind and wonderful. And I truly felt like they went above and beyond for me! Kourtney then covered all bases and made me feel like we’d get quick answers and a handle on things in a timely fashion. I want to thank them both so much for helping ease my anxiety with prompt & efficient care!

Kourtney is ALWAYS efficient, friendly, compassionate, and willing to answer any questions. It is obvious she is knowledgeable. of what it takes to be an excellent NPD. My husband and I feel very confident we are in the best of hands for our health care.

I LOVE Courtney and the lady nurse who took my vitals before Courtney came in. They are extremely kind and treated me so well. I am not a big fan of going to the doctor, but the care they both offer makes the visit a lot easier on my anxiety.
