Dr Koul and staff are always super supportive. Whether it be responding to messages or Dr Kould taking proper time to speak with me and get updates on how Im feeling . I am very appreciative of him and his staff and I do not impress easily . They are GREAT !

The doctor talks fast so keeping up with him was a bit of a challenge, but he drew pictures and used analogies to explain things and answered my questions satisfactorily. All the staff that I came in contact with were excellent, professional, efficient, and friendly. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment as instructed, and was called in right away. ,Overall I was pleased with the appointment.

Staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr Koul explains everything in easy to understand terms. Listens, never rushes. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called for services.

From the time I walk in until the time I left the staff was excellent and curious and always pleasant .
