I felt the Doctor really listened to me. I was impressed that he was very thorough.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I chose Dr. Koul because of previous experience with him when he was involved in the treatment of my wife, which was extraordinary. When it was recommended after an emergency room visit that I needed to have a cardiologist I immediately knew that I wanted this physician to treat me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Koul was exceptionally caring on my visit. My insurance company has decided not to cover my need for a transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement, & Dr. Koul was very upset when I told him about their decision. He said he would do what he could to pursue it further!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I was having an extremely emotional day and not my usual self. All staff were so compassionate. And, that Dr. Koul expressed concern and acknowledged regret for my friend that is dying and my spouse who was waiting on a breast biopsy report meant a great deal to me. Thank you, all!

Dr. Kohl spent 40 minutes with me & my son explaining my options & what would come next. I have never had a doctor care that I understood what was happening & why.

Dr Koul and staff are always super supportive. Whether it be responding to messages or Dr Kould taking proper time to speak with me and get updates on how Im feeling . I am very appreciative of him and his staff and I do not impress easily . They are GREAT !
