Both Emily and the medical assistant that helped me were exceptional. I’ve seen Emily before and I continue to request her every time I need to be seen. She’s friendly, thorough, courteous, and kind.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I left another healthcare facility due to a very bad visit from a doctor and in general being treated like a number instead of a human that matters. My anxiety before each visit is always high, but your facility and the friendly staff have made some of that go away. I appreciate the care, time, and respect that your healthcare workers show. I appreciate being listened to and shown an appropriate level of concern for my ailments. I'm not as scared of doctors or my appointments anymore. It's still very rough for me and eveyone here is nice as well as communicative. They let me know what they are doing before they do it and in general explain everything to me. That is appreciated. It makes me less nervous and jumpy.

Emily was fantastic. I appreciate her very much.

Emily is a wonderful provider. She listens to my concerns and she has a very practical and comforting manner. She’s an excellent addition to the staff.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The staff member that led me to the room and Emily Lenzner were personable and absolutely easy to talk to. Emily is one of the very, very few providers that I've worked with that actually listens to my symptoms and possible diagnoses without immediate shutdown of my opinions. A provider that can admit that they want to be wrong and have a right answer, if presented. Adding her own experiences/empathy (albeit another family member) within context of my medical journey struggles, making me know that she truly understands and wants to help. Giving me the chance to see specialists that deal with less common conditions that I suspect, to cover my grounds. And even then, she is willing to help me explore different angles to find what I have, if those specialists can't find anything. We don't have enough providers that share that same level of personability and empathy as Emily Lenzner. The willingness to actually listen to their patients and mutually consider our options.

Emily is fantastic and very personable and listens to you. I’m really happy with her. The nurse was incredibly nice as well. No complaints about anyone.

The nurse practitioner did a much better job at paying attention to my needs and talking with me about what to be done for my medical problems than the primary doctor does.

Emily is so amazing. She has my best interest in every word and decision she makes. She truly listens to what I say. She always has very encouraging words for me at every appointment as I’m getting better and healthier. I truly believe that she loves what she does and truly cares for her patients.
