I've been struggling with POTS for 9 years and seen many doctors. She was the most knowledgeable and thourough doctor I've had regarding this issue and ordered testing to confirm other suspected issues.

I travel a long distance to see Dr Kokorelis, because it's WORTH IT. Stanford would have me sitting at home on meds disagreeing about whether I should exercise. I'm the patient, and I actually get actionable, clear, guidance, from Dr Kokorelis. I feel like Johns Hopkins is focused on patient quality of life (so am I! Lol) while at other facilities I'm treated as a case number and if my improvements don't match their KPIs it's overlooked. I feel heard, validated, well cared for, and well treated working with Dr K.

Dr. Kokorelis was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made thoughtful medication adjustments to help manage my POTS. She also emphasized that I can message her anytime if anything comes up or if I have difficulties with the medication, which made me feel supported and understood."

Dr. Kokorelis is one of very few doctors providing evidence-based treatment for POTS and ME/CFS. She is caring and respectful and has been hugely helpful to my health.

Dr. Kokorelis quite literally is a light in this world! I would not be alive without her treatment and I thank God for her expertise! She is the only provider who has helped me cope with heds and pots, and I had been suffering for 30 literally years before I became her patient. Hopkins doctors have all really improved my quality of life, but I literally wouldn't be alive without Dr. Kokorelis

I am so grateful to Dr. Kokorelis for the time she spent with me listening and validating my experience. I felt heard and seen in ways I haven't in a long time and deeply appreciated her education on POTS. I walked away with a much greater understanding of my symptoms and experiences.

Dr. Kokorelis is the best doctor I have on my team and I would recommend her to anyone. She truly listens to you and does not rush you out of her office. She includes you in the decision making and really cares about you. I look forward to my annual appointment with her every year and I know that she is always available to me in between that time as well. I travel from out of state to see her age week continue to do so because she is that good. She is incredibly knowledgeable.

This was literally the most helpful medical appointment I have had in a long time. Dr. Kokorelis actually spent time listening to me and asking me questions about what has and has not worked in the past. She gave good advice regarding other lifestyle changes I can make as well as explaining medications options including possible side effects. She also put in a GI consult based on other subjective information she received during my visit. When Hopkins could not schedule me in their GI department she was willing to recommend a provider at a different hospital system.
