Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Both were chipper & very attentive. PA Kelsey is always thorough & meticulous during her apts.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was so kind to my situation and really listened to the things happening to me. I not only felt heard but I felt valued during all of my visits and phone calls with the staff. Doctor and PA Kelsey have been tentative and their communication has been exceptional. Thank you all for what you do.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I moved to st Louis but still come to OFallon to see Kelsey. She walked with me through a health crisis in 2023 and was a great help in coordinating care and getting me to the right providers, persevering when we didn’t know what the answers were until we found a solution.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kelsey Koenig is an excellent PA. She is always friendly and kind. She listens carefully to the problems, does a thorough exam and does a great job explaining her findings and treatment. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. My highest praise to Kelsey and the staff at this office. I can not think of anything that needs improvement.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
PA Koenig most likely saved my life when she diagnosed my AFIB. I am a retired senior medical NCO, U.S. Army. I have managed clinics staffed with MD's and PA'S. PA Koenig is among the best I have observed. I consider myself very fortunate that a PA with her abilities is my primary care provider.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kelsey is the best primary physician that I’ve ever had, she takes her time with my healthcare with my diabetes as well as my Parkinson’s and MS and she just makes me feel really comfortable. The best healthcare I’ve ever had.

Kelsey Koenig has been very attentive to me while we figure out what’s going on. Kelsey was able to figure out the cause and treatment. Incredibly grateful for her!

My first visit with Dr.Koenig. I got in very quickly and the nurse was very friendly and competent. The Doc was great, listened to my concerns and went over everything from my tests.

Both her nurse assistant and PA Koenig were outstanding. First time with both and they are very friendly. Also I had test done today and PA Koenig reviewed my results as soon as they showed up in my chart! Again outstanding!
