Dr Koenig and her nurse are always so welcoming and explain everything. They listen and take time to explain everything to you. I greatly appreciate that.

Kelsey was excellent. I was her last patient and was running late. She waited for me to arrive. She spent adequate time going over my symptoms, reviewing my ER report and explaining the plan of care. I did not feel rushed. She listened and provided feedback. My PCP of 20 yrs left the practice recently. Kelsey is my new provider now and I’m vey pleased that she is my provider.

Kelsey has walked with me through a difficult year medically and with her persistent, responsive, compassionate, respectful and honoring care, I was able to get the referral care needed to resolve the issues. I know the pcp believing and persevering with the patient as an advocate in the system is key. I am grateful!

Kelsey is always super professional and friendly and listens to all my concerns and needs. She does her best to provide a pathway forward to all my conditions. I really like how I am not rushed out right away like other doctors offices.

Both Dr. and Kelsey are excellent Doctors. They both seem to care for me. I’m extremely happy with their treatment of me. They listen and do not rush me or feel pressured to talk fast. It is very important for me to feel comfortable with my care and I do at this time. They are professional and patient with me

Kelsey was phenomenal. She explained how my treatment for sinus infection worked and reason to continuously use all sprays, rinses, etc. Took time to answer my questions and never seemed rushed. She truly seems to care for the patient and helping them get well.

Dr Kelsey and staff always go above and beyond to make sure we as the patients are good. Before I left I was already scheduled for an ultrasound sound and knew the results promptly. I truly appreciate the level of care I receive with Dr Kelsey and staff.
