Kelsey is always professional, respectful, compassionate, and kind, and always earnestly working with the patient to resolve what is going on. She listens carefully and honors questions and concerns. She responds timely to messages and goes “above and beyond” to provide or connect to the care resources needed.

All of the staff at BJC MED Group at O’Fallon from the front staff ,to triage ,to meeting with the dr is top notch service in my opinion. I’ve been a patient of Kelsey’s for about three years now and she has always been very helpful with any of my medical needs.

Everyone I came in contact with was professional and friendly from the time I entered the building until I left. I really like PA Koenig. She is easy to talk to, she listens, she’s knowledgeable and she’s not judgmental, all good qualities in the medical field. I don’t get stressed about going to the doctor anymore since she came on board.

Not only the PA, but the staff i scheduled my appointment with were empathetic and really listened to me. I was able to be seen the same day which was great! I highly recommend this office to anyone.
