Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kelsey is outstanding. She knows us and remembers previous visits. My wife and I have total trust with her.

Kelsey is amazing every time I visit her to get my check ups or when I am sick she is quick and makes me feel calm at the appointment.

Kelsey Koenig is always excellent in her care for me. She is always kind and caring. I enjoy having her as my doctor and feel I’m in good hands.

PA Kelsey Koenig, really takes time with me and talks and explains everything so I can understand.. she is such a nice person and seems to really take and interest in my health and me as a person. She is such a perfect primary care Dr.

Both her nurse assistant and PA Koenig were outstanding. First time with both and they are very friendly. Also I had test done today and PA Koenig reviewed my results as soon as they showed up in my chart! Again outstanding!

Kelsey was excellent. I was her last patient and was running late. She waited for me to arrive. She spent adequate time going over my symptoms, reviewing my ER report and explaining the plan of care. I did not feel rushed. She listened and provided feedback. My PCP of 20 yrs left the practice recently. Kelsey is my new provider now and I’m vey pleased that she is my provider.

Kelsey has walked with me through a difficult year medically and with her persistent, responsive, compassionate, respectful and honoring care, I was able to get the referral care needed to resolve the issues. I know the pcp believing and persevering with the patient as an advocate in the system is key. I am grateful!
