I feel i have wasted the last 6+ months of trying to get any kind of treatment or relief and get nothing in return. The utter lack of actually LISTENING to what i am going through. This is so bad that its affecting my ability to work due to lack of ANY orginazed treatment plans. The doctor seem to project that I am stupid and don't k ow what i am talking about wth my own body even though I have been dealing with this for 2.5 yrs already. I am not an idiot and do not like being talked down to.

Doctor came in super quick which was nice. But honestly something felt off about the entire establishment. No people were there and even an examination room had a ceiling light resting on the examination bed/table. Did this place just get settled into?

Dr Koenig is the most competent Dr I’ve ever had. He’s r specially appreciated at this time of my life. His staff nurse was exceptional in caring, knowledge and assistance.

He again did not take the time to determine if the medicine he put me on was suitable for me based on my medical conditions. This could have resulted in bad consequences for me if I hadn’t checked on this medication. This is not what I expect in a doctor, since he has the lives of individuals in his hands he should take that responsibility more seriously!

He said I have a virus. I feel strongly that all of the blood and green mucous coming from my head and the headaches indicated an infection.

First time meeting Dr. Koenig, as my own PCP was not available. He was very thorough, explained the problem and what I needed to do very well. He answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed and felt he took the time needed. Friendly, engaging and made me feel comfortable.
