Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Donna is to be commended for her proactive approach for treating a condition she recognized as a red flag even before my in person appointment. She reviewed my labs pre appointment and got in touch with me that very same day. She gave me clear instructions and recommended a followup lab. Her quick action and diligent observations are commendable!

Donna Koenig is just great! She explained my conditions in my first visit in a way that I hadn't heard in the two years with my previous doctor.

Very detailed in obtaining family history. Care in checking records from previous doctors to schedule any routine care, tests or vaccinations I might need. She allowed time to listen to me and answer questions.

NP Koenig was approachable, knowledgeable, and thorough during my exam. She provided me with the diagnosis and treatment course that I needed to resolve my knee pain. I am so thankful for her help!

I never give excellent evaluations before on anything before because there is always room for improvement but all the care we have received from the team is excellent. Donna is A very knowledgeable person who not only do I respect but feel very comfortable with her. The whole team is great

The doctor was so nice. Thorough. Did not rush my visit. I am a new patient who moved fromOSF Wow what a difference. Doctor took extra time. Explained my meds very well.
