My script was supposed to be for two doses a day and when it arrived from my on-line pharmacy, I didn't notice until I was almost out and am now in a hurry to get my script refilled, which the on-line pharmacy won't due without a script from Dr. Kodali.

The resident as the provider was easy to talk to and listened well. But the conversation with the attending left me with a bad experience. I understand the reason for his concerns but he talked to me as a child and I’m a grown woman.
