The most important thing about my provider is she communicate with me very well.In medical terms her bed side manners are very very well.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though Dr Koay is thorough when discussing health issues, she does it in a way that makes me feel at ease-great bedside manner

I was having a medical issue, and sent a mychart message on Sunday. I was so sick that I called out of work Monday, and the office called me around 8:00 saying that Dr Koay wants to see me today. They set an appt for 3:30. That gave me time to rest.

Dr. Koay arranged a last minute visit for me secondary to blood pressure problems. She was very compassionate and concerned about my issues and ordered appropriate blood tests and an EKG to rule out certain problems. I fwas very anxious and felt very relieved during my visit per our discussion.

Dr. Koay is simply THE BEST, I cannot explain how every time she sees me It feels like she's known me all my life, she makes sure everything is complete before stopping the visit and she explains everything completely so that I understand, I hope I am always able to see Dr Koay for what time I have left, I brag about Dr Koay all the time. She's very mild spoken but she makes sure she get the point across so I follow her instructions completely!

I have been under Dr Koay's care since 2017. She renders excellent care. She helps me set up goals of care and monitors my diabetes closely. She is friendly, accommodating and easy to talk to. She responds to messages in MyChart in a timely manner.

Dr Koay is fantastic! She listens and provides good strategies/advice. She is great with referrals and following up on lab work/teat results/questions on mychart. I loved out of the area but still keep her as my provider because she is so great!
