Dr Knox taking the time to listen to my questions and concerns and explaining answers thoroughly. I also appreciate the office having a cancellation list that I was able to get a sooner appointment very easily.

Dr Knox has a wonderful bedside manner. He doesn’t rush in and out and allows time to help me with my situations. It is not his fault but the time that it takes to get an appointment with the facility is sometimes outrageous.

I called mid morning and saw Dr Knox at 1:40 pm Excellent time, I was so impressed that I brought a box of doughnuts holes from Happy Donuts) to the entire staff to show my appreciation Very good experience with the entire staff

Every member of the medical team is a true professional in every respect. There is never a long wait to be seen. Dr. Knox always takes the time to answer all questions and concerns.

I had to reschedule my regular Medicare check-up because of surgery. Dr. Knox initiated a virtual appointment which I consider complete and outstanding. He offers a level of care not usually see from a General Practitioner.
