Trinity's employees would be better served if Trinity's computer system was more inclusive. It did not bring up a crucial blood test I had only weeks ago. But It was in the computer data base.

The only and biggest problem I had was with my appointment emails. It had no time and did not say where the appointment was. I arrived 20 minutes early and spent 30 minutes running around the facility just to find out where I was supposed to be and what building I was supposed to at. Unbelievable!!!

The provider is awesome but the facility needs to be changed. It is ridiculous to have a ramp for orthopedic patients to use. That was poor planning and should be fixed. There is not even an elevator!!
