Just that they are very good staff and they treat everyone with respect and courtesy the only thing I would say that they should do is find more time to answer the phone

I was expecting a call yesterday from the provider so I was a little disappointed. No problem. People are very busy. Today was the first time I was able to get my chart to work so it was good to be able to read that while I get to speak to the nurse or the NP

One thing I noticed was that I didn’t feel rushed during my visit. With past visits, it seemed like my primary was focused on the only objective that I was there for and nothing else. No further questions were ever asked and I was sent on my way. This felt different.
