Took the time to review all the info from my surgery last week, asked questions, reviewed my meds and renewed the prescriptions. She is very personable, professional and caring. Thankful I have her for my primary doctor.

I know Dr. Kliphuis sees a lot of patients regularly, but she always makes me feel like the most important thing, while she's with me and when she communicates infromation to me. It's nice to feel valued, if only during my visits/interactions with Dr. Kliphuis (all other staff has also given me these good feelings, I don't want to limit my fantastic experience feedback to Dr. Kliphuis, everyone else does above and beyond, too).

She ordered a chest x-ray for me and wanted me to go directly to the location right from her office so she could get the x-ray before she went home at 7 pm. I was in and out of the x-ray location by 6:05 and told the x-ray tech my dr was waiting for the results and she said she would get it stat to the tech to read and forward to my dr.The results were on my chart by 6:30 and my dr never called me to tell me if I had walking pneumonia or not and she said she would read the x-ray and as of today (the next day) my chart says the team still has not read the x-ray

My only concern is that I had a medication sent to the pharmacy that I didn’t need or want but I didn’t realize before filling. The pharmacy said it was sent in by the doctor.
