Dr. Kline always takes time to listen to my concerns and is never condescending like other doctors in this practice. She explains things very well and talks through options available. She is patient but direct with what I need to do for my health goals. I feel like I am talking with someone who really cares that my health outcomes are positive and that I am reaching my overall health goals. SHE CARES and it shows!!!! A+++++

Dr. Kline was kind. She listened to my concerns and gave good insights and options regarding the treatment. She followed up by email the same day and answered a follow up question. I could not have been more pleased with the visit.

I know she was probably busy which is why she wanted to reschedule, but it did seem like she was a bit dismissive and a tad condescending. I ended up going along with a bariatric referral versus asking for a possible short term perscription to help with my weight management. I am also going for a second opinion before the referral appointment.

The only constructive criticism is that someone who doesn’t know me reviewed my labs. That felt disruptive to continuity of care.
