Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
NP Emily Klein was very professional, polite and gave me good information pertaining to my health problems. She made me feel very comfortable and seem very knowledgeable of gastroenterology.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Visit was good. While walking to my car, I thought "I never had a visit that I didn't have to wait a long time.

Emily was wonderful so easy to talk to explain everything clearly in the lay terms if you will. Very kind it was very, very happy.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Emily did a great job at explaining my condition and options to try to resolve it without any scoping until further options had been tried. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without judgement. Overall, she was great and I look forward to being under her care
