The staff was very courteous, but parking was difficult, as I could not find a Handicap spot, meaning I had to walk a couple hundred feet extra, which I don't mind in cooler weather, but I'm 81 years old, and in 80+ F temp, with 90% humidity, makes it a bit uncomfortable.

The person who answered the phone when I called because I couldn't find the office was so helpful. She stayed on the phone until I managed to get to the office

Dr. Kleaveland very informative, answered all questions, gave me a lot of information and referred me for some additional program I knew nothing about. Very happy to have her as my Pulmonologist.

I like Dr. K.'s conservative style of care. I feel she studies the entire picture right along with the patient. I feel like a partner in my care. She's one hell of a great person (I love her personality) and doctor.
