Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone in the office is pleasant, helpful and attentive. Dr. Klabi always stays seated until we are finished talking and always answers my questions.

This was my first visit to Dr. Klabi and I felt as if I had known her my whole life. She has excellent communication skills, is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and plan to refer relatives and friends

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My idea of how every medical team and facility should be! I feel very fortunate to receive care from these women.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
If my chart and history had been consulted, if we'd discussed alternative treatments and possible risks, if I'd felt valued at all. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Very much not heard.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Klabi was very respectful of the fact I lived abroad many years, my medical records weren't immediately available, my medicine isn't the same brand(s) used in the US, etc. It's important to me to be seen by an MD. (Who was more humble than some nurse practitioners I've come across). It's hard to switch countries/doctors at 54 years old and they made me feel welcome and I am very appreciative.

Nothing, great visit.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The doctor taking more time to actually talk to a new patient before beginning the exam. I know the nurse gathers this information but for a first time patient, I did not feel comfortable and am debating finding a different OBGYN.

Dr Klabi as usual was professional and yet personal in her treatment. She explained everything well and made sure I could feel comfortable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr Klabi is an excellent physician. I would highly recommend her. She is very personable and takes time with her patience.

Yes. Dr. Klabi makes me feel like I am her only patient for the day. She never seems in a hurry. She takes interest in my family and we have conversations.

Dr Klabi went out of her way. We talked and saw something that was bothering me. She took care of it, besides the yearly appointment that was scheduled for. She is wonderful
