Been a patient of Dr Ratkalkar for a very long time. He listens very closely to any questions you may have. I feel I can ask him anything & he always steers me in the right direction. Staff members were pleasant but became annoyed at our inability at answering medical history questions. We have been coming here for about 18 years, I would think they would know my medical history better than I. My relationship with my doctor is special, he knows me, I can talk to him about my ailments. He is understanding and has always work wit h me and has helped me.
