Brought into an exam room for intake. Then told I could not b seen in this room. Was sent back to waiting room where I sat for 15 minutes. Finally brought to another exam room where I waited another 15 minutes for doctor.

I have been Dr M's patient for several years now. With a family history of heart disease, he has truly given me the best possible care and working toward the long term goal of heart health.

Excellent and Trusting him with my health situation. The front office could use some refresher trading on inter-personal skills . Not really welcoming. Thus one patient walked out. It’s take this and sit down attitude. I believe it could be too many patients coming through to handle.

I utilize many of Holy Cross resources and I am so thankful to have a community hospital with such breath to attend to all my health issues. Certainly one of the reasons I will never move from LBTS!!

I don’t know what else I can say even when I get bad news, I handle it very well because he gives it to me in a way that I can deal with it and we process it and we move on. I just couldn’t feel like I could be in better hands, and I thank him being my doctor

The only good things about what I went thru in my event were meeting Dr Munuswamy his foresight and tenacity to get to the cause, and his Cardiology Team’s performance in the procedure in “keeping the widow maker” at bay and his Staff and bedside manner.
