When I look at my summary report it still shows information from when I was first seen by Dr. Munuswamy. I realize doctors have little time but if my visit summary is not clearly being updated is the doctor really following my progress to see what else we might be able to do. I am at the point where I am looking for a new cardiologist. Please understand I am not upset with the doctor. I am disappointed in the overall structure of care that keeps me coming back for 3-minute visits without real discussions about my health.

The doctor appeared preoccupied. He left the room and went outside door to talk to other patient and their family. Their conversation was general and not medical. I had to repeat things when he returned. This was my first visit. He rushed through the visit and told me that PA at heart clinic would explain everything to me.

I question whether he treats most women like this as it is well known that women with cardiac issues are commonly dismissed. I definitely felt dismissed. Maybe his reviews are great at Holy Cross, but if you look at other review sites, one of which had 23% of the reviews showed 1/5 ratings. This provider does not reflect the level of care I specifically choose for myself from this facility.

I had left papers about past treatment by another doc in my car, it was 4 pm, he said don't worry go out to the car and get them so I can read them and I did and then he did read them and then made the recommendation of a heart monitor and more tests, he's thorough

I felt like I was intruding on his space and that I should be grateful that he was attending me. He seemed to be more preoccupied with the messages on his phone than attending to me.

The Dr wanted a lipid test when I checked out I was told to return to the cardiac department for a fasting blood test the next morning When I did the next morning I was told to go to the outpatient lab in another building Where I waited nearly an hour and one half before the test was completed
