She's real. She always, always takes the time I need, no matter what. She explains everything in a way I can understand. When I first meet her, years ago, I was really scared....she never made me feel that i wasn't worth her time.

Professionalism was outstanding. Informative without being overwhelmingly technical. It was a good balance. A total office staffed with educated workers willing to go every step of the way with you. I never felt like I was ever left 'flying by the seat of my pants'. I knew what had to be done and why.

Katelyn is amazing! She is so thorough, and takes time to discuss what’s going on with your health and how you’re feeling to assess and know how to move forward to take the best care of you.
I appreciate her knowledge and skill, and her deep thinking and questioning. She ordered an additional test today, and also consulted with the doctor prior to my visit. I appreciate her noticing things and her attention to detail and making sure I am healthy. I can’t say enough great things about her! I am very appreciative.
