Everyone was amazing from check-in downstairs until discharge. We drove 4 hours for the surgery and they accommodated our request for an early morning surgery time so we could be on the road home as early as possible. Excellent facilities and staff.

We had to wait a little over an hour after the appointment time to see the doctor. The CFNP and the doctor were great! The frustrating part was just the waiting.

Everything went fairly quick. The staff is very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking questions and trying to learn more about all of the different options. They was not in a rush to sway my thinking and gave me more time to think and try alternative options.
