Everyone was so friendly, kind, efficient and thorough. We had a roadside emergency and so were late. I called in a panic and Katrina(sp) calmed me right down and took care of schedule changes so I could still get my procedure.

1st trips after 4 years in/out of most Bham hospitals with long COVID from vaccine. Dreaded finding parking, etc, but so organized with stations manned by clear spoken, kind guides. Otoryngolgogy station spread out to keep distance from other patients. Dr Withrow & his entire team were so reassuring & willing to answer questions. Wish all medical facilities run so professionally.Thank you.

The Resident Doctor and the Technician who did my blood pressure were absolutely amazing. The he inserted the scope through my nose to look at my throat I felt nothing. Keep him.

Dr withrow takes the time to explain everything to me,duane in audiology did the same with my testing,i would recommend this clinic to everyone in need of this type care,they are the best

They did not have my hearing test results form the first test to compare to the teacher test. Intern did not let me know he was about to hurt my ear til after I winced.

Dr Withrow, his nurse Sheila and two other colleagues assisting with my exam were all wonderful. Patient, kind and thorough. Dr Withrow answered several questions I had asked concerning some nighttime symptoms and made a recommendation. I also brought up my continuous dry mouth and Dr Withrow prescribed a new medication I hadn’t tried before so hopefully it’ll help. My wife and I had a very positive encouraging visit.

Got there early as it was a morning appointment and I had a 3 hour drive. Was able to check in early and was seen well before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Withrow was AMAZING. My appointment was done and I was on my way to my car by my original appointment time.

I received a call the day before my surgical procedure and was told that my appointment time was 6:00 AM. I was not given an option to select a preferred time for my appointment.

I am very satisfied with the care that I received from Dr. Withrow and the staff at the clinic. From the front desk to checkout, everyone was wonderful! Dr. Withrow explained everything, and gave me timelines for further improvement.
