Got there early as it was a morning appointment and I had a 3 hour drive. Was able to check in early and was seen well before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Withrow was AMAZING. My appointment was done and I was on my way to my car by my original appointment time.

Everything was great didn’t have to wait too long. The Doctor was also explained everything where I can understand.

Drive 1 1/2 hours to an appointment to find it wasn’t my surgery. Paid my copay for nothing.

I received a call the day before my surgical procedure and was told that my appointment time was 6:00 AM. I was not given an option to select a preferred time for my appointment.

I am very satisfied with the care that I received from Dr. Withrow and the staff at the clinic. From the front desk to checkout, everyone was wonderful! Dr. Withrow explained everything, and gave me timelines for further improvement.

Dr. Kirk P. Withrow is gentle, kind, compassionate, accommodating, & very knowledgeable in ENT/Otolaryngology. He quickly made the distinction between Zenker's Diverticulum, which is the diagnosis that Dr. [last name] gave when I attended my appointment to find out the results of my barium swallow test; and Traction Diverticulum, which is actually my diagnosis. In fact, Dr. Withrow was such a refreshing breath of air after I've had 39 years of 'doctors' who have brushed me off, despite my myriad & serious diagnoses, that I just wanted to weep for joy, and I nearly did, while still in his presence. Upcoming surgery now to correct this dangerous health condition. Precious Jesus, thank you for directing my footsteps to Dr. Withrow & his team at Kirklin Clinic!

Everyone was amazing from check-in downstairs until discharge. We drove 4 hours for the surgery and they accommodated our request for an early morning surgery time so we could be on the road home as early as possible. Excellent facilities and staff.

We had to wait a little over an hour after the appointment time to see the doctor. The CFNP and the doctor were great! The frustrating part was just the waiting.
