This was a "model" visit. My appointment was with Dr. Withrow,and included someone from Dr. [ ]'s team. Withrow called in Caitin [ ] from Speech, and together, in real time while I was being scoped and with my family in the room, they openly discussed what they were seeing on the screen, resulting in better understanding by all involved, and clearer expectations. A real time, team approach, inclusive of patient and family.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and Dr. Withrow was amazing. He listened to me and offered his opinion on how to help me. He has the best bedside manner and I felt heard. I would recommend him to everyone !

Dr. Withrow and staff were so kind and thorough, explaining my situation. There was a long wait in waiting area to see the physician but front office staff and assistants were kind & explained the delay. I would highly recommend them to family & friends.

Being seen promptly less than 15 minutes to be called back and only 45. Almost unheard with most doctors today especially VA appointments.
