I was seen promptly. Dr was thorough in his exam. Explained his diagnosis and treatment. I was able to be home within 45 min of leaving my house, which was wonderful when feeling under th3 weather!

He was very kind and listened carefully. Had my left hand x-rayed and said it was fractured. He put an ACE bandage on my hand to help support the sprain. I am still using it.

Dr bortel and his assistant Emily are kind compassionate and knowledgeable. They take time to listen and offer the best possible care. I highly recommend them as a team

I always mention to others that the office staff as well as Dr. Bortel are extremely kind, courteous and friendly. I enjoy coming for my yearly checkup to see everyone.

I had the best experience with this office out of all of me urgent care visits. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and treated me as a human and not a number! I wish I could see Dr. Bortel and his staff for all of my medical needs.

Showed up for my appointment and was told that I was late, although me and my fiance stood there less than 24 hours earlier and both heard the receptionist say 10:30 3 times. I then had to wait over an hour for the next appointment. Doctor was great, very kind. The staff of the office wasn't as good as him unfortunately.

I came to urgent care for an isolated health issue. Dr. Bortel and staff were kind, gentle, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend MidMichigan Urgent care.

Dr Bortel listened to me, when on that day I could not get anyone else to. He sent me to ER where they did CT scan and I had gall bladder surgery the next day. It was badly infected. Thank you so much Dr Bortel for helping my health be restored.
