I waited one hour and 45 minutes to get in to see the doctor. The doctor was very brief and the care was sanitarily very discouraging.

At the end of the appointment, to make sure the doctor has articulated to the patient the appointment has ended. Dr Kristis leaves visits open ended leaving patients wondering if he is returning back to the room or if appointment is over.

I was definitely anxious during my appointment. It’s my first broken bone ever and I was in pain and nervous about the process of changing my cast. The doctor and two nurses present in the room took extra time to make me comfortable and offer emotional support during this time.
