Direct but personable interaction with patients. Explanation of the surgery was detailed and understandable. Same for pain expectations, recovery process and duration, and instructions for dealing with situations that could occur. Extremely accurate on timeline for various levels of post-op comfort/pain and what to expect week by week.

I've dealt with this painful disease for many years and my doctor that has always handled it moved to another state. Dr. King made it very easy to transition to a new surgeon. It's hard to find doctors who truly seem to care about what you are going through and I have an amazing team that I'm happy to add Dr. King too now! If I need surgery again in the future, he is my pick and has most definitely earned my trust!

Seems very knowledgeable, gave me a clear diagnosis with recommendations, and answered all my questions. I assumed surgery was needed, but Dr King assured it was unnecessary at this time. Very professional all the way.

He listened to me when I stated that I wanted a complete exam of all areas of the body to make sure that the area identified by the General DR. was confirmed along with any other area. As it turned out there was a second area.
