Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I had the same GYN doc for 25 years and she retired. This was my first visit to this office with new doctors/NP and ithat can be awkward. This was not my experience. I had an outstanding experience. The front staff was very pleasant, professional & polite .NP Alisa walked in the room with a wonderful personality. . She took time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions & explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed. She was thorough & knowledgeable with my care. This was such a pleasant experience! I will highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care! 😁

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I always feel like everyone in this office is extremely friendly and welcoming. No one likes having to go to the doctor, but this office consistently makes it the best experience possible.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Alisa was great. It was my first time with her and I enjoyed her personality a lot. I also need to brag in Heaven, the medical assistant. She was so personable and very kind.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I wish it would have communicated that there was a new nurse practitioner. I was surprised not to see my previous provider.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t mind per say, however, the NP dropped a few curse words and I have friends that go to this same office for OBGYN needs and they don’t love the cursing, they say it’s unprofessional and makes them feel uncomfortable with it being a medical setting for them. Just a heads up!

The nurse and and Dr. Alisa are an amazing addition to the team! They both made me feel comfortable and heard.

The staff and nurse and student doctor were all courteous and friendly and professional very down to earth. I appreciate all the information that was provided. My first experience with this office was phenomenal.

I would like to recognize Alisa. She really seemed like she cared about my concerns. She took the time to explain everything. Didn’t seem rushed.

Alisa was wonderful! We got along right away. Everyone I've ever dealt with here has been extremely professional without being abrupt about their work.

The nurse/MA remembered me from a few years ago and was friendly. NP was awesome. First time meeting her and she was wonderful.
