Everyone one was very courteous and polite. Dr Kimberly was very sincere and caring. It was a pleasant experience as urgent cares are usually not enjoyable anyway But I will relay to my family and friends that that is the best urgent care I’ve be to. Thanks to everyone there !!

The entire team was extraordinary! My daughter was so nervous and they had her smiling and laughing the entire time. She came in complaining of ear pain and Doctor Kim figured out she actually had strep throat.

The PA was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and explained things so well that it really allayed my fears and made me feel so much better even before starting my prescription. Just taking the stress away helped so much. Everyone who helped treat us that evening were excellent and I was very impressed.

Kimberly was outstanding in her attention to details as was the nurse who worked with her. It really felt as though they were trying to do everything they could. They made sure to double check my particular situation by having their own test done that day. All of this, I believe, helped make sure I was getting the most relevant treatment possible. The whole experience was as good as I could have expected.

Kimberly was GREAT!! My husband (patient) has ALS, although he has difficulty being understood with his speech-Kimberly had no problem asking him questions and patiently waiting for his answer..I would return here again and again.

Everything from the front desk, to the rooming MA, and then the provider was excellent. Everyone was efficient and courteous. Kim was very professional and I was very confident in her skills.

Kimberly was absolutely wonderful! She saw my child twice within a week and each time she was very respectful, professional, prompt but took the right amount of time with us. She was truly listening to my son's symptoms and illness problems and made both visits very pleasant. Can't say enough great things about her. She is a wonderful provider!

I appreciate the fact that the employees and their badges stated their title. You don’t know how many times I’ve been to other facilities and have no idea if I’m speaking with a nurse or doctor or nurse practitioner or what the person’s position is. Maybe it doesn’t really matter but it’s nice to know.

The who experience was great even though I wasn’t feeling well. The PA, even though I didn’t leave with clear answers, gave me options. The whole appointment changed my mood because there are amazing people working there. The attitudes and personalities should be recognized

The staff at the BJC medical group Convenient care at Edwardsville is and always has been nice and friendly from the time I walk in the door to the time I walk out. I appreciate the convenience in the support that they provide for me and my daughter.
