Check in at the front was confusing. It’s been at least a year since I’ve been there. Separate check ins maybe more efficient, but clearer patient instructions as I enter the room would’ve been more helpful to me.

Great experience. Was not expecting an additional 2 assistants with Dr. Keene. But, was given the option to have both stay or not for this initial visit and it was fine. I was nervous, but it was a good visit.

Dr. Keene and all the technicians were extremely sensitive and comforting. Explained everything in detail and in a way that I would understand.

All the Doctors and Staff are wonderful! They all make you feel like you are their ONLY patient. Dr Keene has been a blessing to me and I am so grateful! They greet me like family! I’ve been receiving their care for 4years now. They never forget you!!! They are all still very concerned about how I am doing! I’m so blessed!

Dr. Keene and her staff are the best. They really care for me and are very pro active concerning my care. They spend time with me and answer my questions. I feel comforted knowing they are looking out for me as I travel this path. I thank God everyday for putting them in my path on this journey.

Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Keene is supportive and makes sure I understand everything and answers my questions. She anticipates questions I have not thought about and presents all the options I have. Appointments are efficient.
