Ms. Nelson is a consummate professional; personable, knowledgeable, empathetic, skilled and an excellent communicator. Likewise, the program clinical social worker with whom I spoke was cut from the came cloth.

Kim has been following for over 2 years in the long Covid clinic. She is professional and as knowledgeable as possible under the long Covid new circumstances. She is super engaged and mostly she gives me faith that with time I will heal.
