Did know what to expect. Kimberly took the time to lay out a therapy plan and demonstrate and had me practice it till I understood what I needed to do. Kimberly answered all my questions and concerns.

She a rare person in the Dean Clinic care. She shows she has time to listen to you. She shows she truly cares about what is going on, and she actually remembers what was going on last time you were there. She does not rush you and instead, let's you know how you can reach her between appointments if you have any questions. She is a gem!

I've had Ms. Harbort for several injuries going back several years. I always request her because she just has a good way to place you at ease and thoroughly explain all the exercises, etc.
