Kim did an excellent job as usual. I was in alot of pain, and she took out my stitches and reassured me I did have an infection and got me on an antibiotics right away! She was awesome!

She didn't use common person terms to explain what was wrong so the OT person had to reexplain in a way that I understood better. When sent for x-rays, they thought they were doing a completely different part of my body because it wasn't communicated well enough to them either.
