I really enjoyed my visit with Kimberly Hagen because she not only listened very carefully to what I had to say, but she also was very thorough in explaining things that I had not known about an older person's blood pressure and the differences when it's taken lying down, sitting up, and standing. She was professional, respective, courteous, and pleasant. I also found [REDACTED], the nurse, to be courteous and very pleasant to work with as we chatted a bit while she did an EKG on me.

I was very nervous when I went in there and Dr Hagen made me feel at ease and by the time I left I felt comfortable with our plan for treatment and much more relaxed. I would pick that doctor over again and again.

Provider was very efficient. Asked a lot of questions about what I was concerned about. explained the test results and ordered another test. Concerned about another reason for my problem and was contacting another provider to get information.

PA was very knowledgeable, understanding and explained everything to me. Slight problem checking out regarding insurance. Hopefully that will be resolved.

I saw this Provider first time but the care I received was out of the world, I'm so impressed with the care I received from the Provider, Provider was fully prepared knew my complete medical history, listened to my concerns very carefully. I had 2 appointments with Kimberly, and with the tweeks she made to my meds, there has been improvement with my blood pressure. She took the time to check the accuracy of my home BP unit, answer any questions, and give me pointers on how to continue improvement. Am very happy with our sessions. She is definately an asset to Virtua Cardiology
