Well I'm a [ ] that was referred by the VA for a [ ]. First time i been to Renown since I was building the parking garage in early 2000,s. I had two appointments with doctors one day and a test the next day. I have a very positive attitude towards the hospital. From the time I parked my car until I returned to my car, everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly. A police officer helped me find my building,, walked with me. Every person I came in contact was very friendly but maybe because I have a happy attitude and even though I'm going through some important health issues it's very important to have a positive attitude. I have a few things ahead to get through but I have a positive attitude with your staff. Keep you the good work it's important because as you know sometimes you think their is not great customer service in our society today but your staff helps me feel so good.

Referred to Dr k by my pulmonologist because of a [ ]. He was very Thorough and explained the different procedures to me and I am now going to have a different procedure as Dr. K and I decided the open-heart procedure may be too dangerous I appreciate Dr. K's input and I appreciate his consult
