Didn't care, want to listen, or discuss my issues at all. Was just in a rush to get me out of the office as fast as possible with a referral after being 90 mins late. Was looking for a long term family doctor.

The appt I got was earlier then I’m use to but due to a concern I had about congestion going to my lungs I took the only time appt there was.

Dr Leddin is so refreshing! She's respectful. She listens! She explains things!Our Dr retired a couple of years ago. We had been seeing a Dr at Unity Point. He was a train wreck.When we made our appt with Dr Leddin, we knew it would be what we were used to and better experience. We were right!

Dr. Leddin is a valuable asset to this particular practice and to MercyOne in general. We all need many, many more physicians like her. She is more than a mere doctor who hangs out her shingle after medical school. She is a global student of the medical/science world.

Prioritize the patient no matter their age, race, gender, health concerns, etc. Listening to multiple concerns doesn't mean you have to act on each of them, but there is value to allowing the patient to share them even if it's to connect with them on a first visit. I assume you provide higher quality care for your other patients. Unfortunately that day you did not do that for me.
