What else would you like to say about your experience?
I wish all doctors were like Dr Smith she takes more time with me than she probably should but I feel so much better when I leave. Her nurses visit with you and not the computer!! I am very lucky!!

Dr Kim Smith was so pleasant and thorough along with Erin, her assistant. They make a great team.

Dr Smith answered all of my questions and concerns. And listened very compassionately while I expressed the little battles I go through with loss of my husband of 55 1/2 years. Her voice was very soothing and she didn’t rush me, letting me grieve the loss I feel.

Dr. Smith has been my prmary care provider for over 30 years. I would not have stayed that many years if she wasn't an excellent physician.

Dr Kim Smith and her staff are exceptional! Dr Smith is so caring; treats me with great respect and like a personal friend. It was wonderful visit!

I love Dr. Kim Smith!!! I actually look forward to visiting St. Luke’s because the care and listening I’ve received from the whole team is so exceptional. I feel welcome, heard, and deeply cared for. I recommend her and her team to every friend that is looking for a primary care provider!

In an era of rapid patient care and people as numbers, Dr. Kim Smith is a refreshing departure from that picture. She takes time with her patients to listen. She takes time to explain. She makes time to answer questions thoroughly and we are so grateful to have her as our primary care physician. The sacrifices I know she must make in order to give that level and care, I am sure they are many. And I look forward to my mom's visits with her.

Been going to Dr Smith for 15 years or more.
Wouldn’t know what to do when
I have emergency. Last June I fell out bed hit corner of dresser. Emergency said I was ok send me. home. I went to her next day. She had Xrays.
& found I had z cracks in my sterum. Thank God for Dr
Smith.

Dr. Kim Smith always listens to what I say and addresses any concerns I have. She explains my medications that I take and how to take them.
The staff there is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Smith is very easy to talk to, and she always takes time to answer questions. I'm always nervous, but she has a way of putting me at ease. I feel comfortable trusting my health care to her.

my doctor listened to questions I had and explained to me in portal about blood tests that I also had that day later that day. It is comforting when your doctor takes time at the end of her day to explain the results. AS to the staff they were thorough and and at the same time made you feel comfortable at the same time. A+ for my experience on my visit.

As a long term patient of Dr. Smith, I was gratified that my request to see her same day was fulfilled. That is not always the situation I have encountered in the past.

Dr. Kim Smith is the best Doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients feel seen and heard. I completely trust my health to her. I selfishly hope she never retires, because she is so amazing and there are not many doctors out there with her level of dedication and skill.
