As ive already said, i felt like Dr Killen actually cared about my situation. He did not act like it was run-of-the-mill, and answered all questions and explained everything in great detail. I never felt like the next patient was morw important, or even that a next patient existed. He concentrated totally on my issues. Like at that time that was all that mattered. Very unique. And comforting.
