I am seeing dr Mary Kilavos since she join John Hopkins medicine. Her dad her family like our family doctor I am glad I have I have her my primary care doctor, we all love her.

Our entire family (7+) has seen Dr. Kilavos as our primary physician ever since she's joined the Falls Grove office in Rockville several years ago, and our family couldn't have found a better physician! Dr. Kilavos is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to her patients. Her medical expertise has been instrumental in helping our family manage several critical health issues over the years. She takes the time to listen carefully, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and always makes us feel heard and respected.

Dr. Frekko Kilavos has been an exceptional internal medicine physician since I began seeing her in approximately 2021. She is thoughtful, thorough, and never makes me feel rushed, always asking the right questions to fully understand my health. I view her as the "quarterback" of my care-efficiently coordinating referrals to specialists while staying actively involved. Her guidance and professionalism give me complete confidence in my healthcare.
