It was my first time seeing this provider and I was scheduled for a physical. The only thing she did was read the computer about my history and go over the medications, listened to my lungs and the nurse took my bp. That was it! That was my physical.

She went over my chart like I wasn't there. It was like she was getting to know me by that. Wanted to know why. I was doing and taking what I was taking. I told her because that's what my Dr. Gave me
