Dr. Khojasteh listened carefully, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She didn't rush the appointment at all. I feel very comfortable with my decision to transition my primary care to this practice.

Everyone treated me very well from the staff to Dr. Khojasteh. I chose to stay Dr. Khojasten because I know she cares and makes my health a priority.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
My visits are always handled keeping my needs in mind. These health needs are explored and recommendations given that are in line with what is required to keep me at my best health level. I always feel like my requests are evaluated with care offered to me that makes me more able to live to the highest level for my age and abilities. When I leave the office I feel like I was important to the staff and my quality of life will be improved having been there.

Dr Kojasteh was exceptionally attentive and caring. She is very knowledgeable and prioritizing care of my different illnesses, and level of care, taking it step by step.

I can’t think of anything. I really like the Doctor. She was kind and very professional. All the staff was exceptional!!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Care provided by Dr. khojesteh and staff was excellent. There was clear communication about an issue with Medicare coverage and they facilitated an in-person visit at the same time to take care of the problem. Dr. Khojesteh was expedient getting a diagnosis and prescribing treatment. I appreciated the timely consult with the specialist, and Dr. Khojesteh called me within hours with information, Rx, treatment plan, and follow-up including the office calling me to schedule the appt.

Dr lilac and staff excellent for me as I was limited in a wheelchair with my 67 year old sister helping to navigate

Dr Khojasteh is very attentive and always makes sure I understand the situation and am involved in treatment decisions and provides excellent care. I can openly talk with her and feel comfortable bringing up any concerns or questions I have. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve had (and I’ve been to more than my fair share of doctors).

And all of my 59 years of life, I have never had a doctor that was so kind and compassionate and caring. She truly does care and that just makes me so grateful.

Lilac is exceptionally kind and intelligent. I really appreciate how she’s aware/interested in the latest research and how she considers food to be as helpful as medicine at times. She offers her time and personal respect at each visit.

Dr. KHOJASTEH is a wonderful and caring doctor. She explains everything so carefully and really takes the time to listen. She is very patient and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor. Her PA was also very kind And is always so helpful.

Dr. Khojasteh listened, made detailed notes, and extrapolated a possible commodity based on my symptoms. I felt like I was in good hands.

This was my first visit with Dr Lilac K. Was very happy with her attentiveness and listening skills. She addressed my concerns with my health issues and checked on vaccine schedule.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am thrilled with the care I received! I had been with another PC doctor for 29 years and was concerned that I wouldn’t receive the same level of care after he retired , but Dr K, has allayed those concerns. My last doctor recommended her when he retired and I’m so happy that I followed his advice. Dr. K is excellent!!! And her MA is also outstanding.

It was my first visit as a patient here. I have been in with my mom and dad as patients and Dr. Khojasteh and her nurse, both recognized me. They are always kind and professional. I like how Dr. K stays on track to get everything covered I am glad I made the switch to BJC and Dr. Khojasteh!
