My concerns were dismissed by the provider not the nurse

It was disappointing that the provider stated the facility did not have the medical tools to remove my son’s ingrown toenail. It was recommended that we take him to an urgent care. This resulted in another copay cost and travel across town. However provider did prescribe an antibiotic.

I would say that he's the best doctor I've had in the past 10 years since moving to California 10 years ago. Very knowledgeable and has provided me treatment for a condition I've had for many years. He has also provided good advice with an alternative treatment with less side effects.

This was an appointment with both my children Jason and Claire present. Estrianna was sensitive to Claire when asking questionnaire about her menstrual period. Claire was not embarrassed, but Estrianna was careful about the question because it could have been embarrassing.
