My concerns were dismissed by the provider not the nurse

It was disappointing that the provider stated the facility did not have the medical tools to remove my son’s ingrown toenail. It was recommended that we take him to an urgent care. This resulted in another copay cost and travel across town. However provider did prescribe an antibiotic.
