Waited 50 min to see the doctor...front desk when you walked in didn't even know what doctor I was seeing ..went to Clifton to avoid the parking garage in Hackensack..I am a former employee

Since this was my first visit, I was a bit nervous. The entire staff was friendly and pleasant. I was put as ease right away. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I thought he was very nice and caring. I'd gladly recommend this office.

I just want to say that Dr. Abu is consistently extremely professional and courteous and gentle and he's very proactive and is constantly triple checking everything to make sure that I'm all right and I just find him to be a stellar doctor and I wish that all of my doctors were the same caliber as Dr. Abu.

Dr. Abu was very clear and took time to explain somewhat complicated requirements for the equipment that I had to use. He explained it, demonstrated it, and showed me what we had to do and what the problems were in the future so that I could carefully take advantage of his suggestions. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

I was made to feel very comfortable. Different options were explained. The results of my tests were explained. And I was given literature to help me understand if I had any further questions, which I did not. They answered everything, but just in case. So I thought it was very well.

He listens to your issues. He goes over your test results thoroughly. He doesn't rush you. His explanations are easy to understand. He answers all your questions. Easy to talk too.

I arrived on the wrong day for my appointment, and the office was wonderful in accommodating me and getting me in to see a doctor, even though it was not my usual doctor. It was overall a very positive experience. The doctor was great, but the staff, the office staff was fantastic. That's really what I wanted you to know. Thank you.

What you could most improve on is I made a phone call to you the next day about my visit and nobody responded to me at all. I had to call back and I finally got somebody to change the appointment and things for me. But other than that, everything was great.

Everyone involved in the process was fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable, competent, friendly. Dr. Abu was very knowledgeable. He was patient and he gave me all the information that I needed. He set me at ease. He was respectful of my rights as a patient and I highly recommend.

Dr. Abu's office staff was wonderful, super professional, warm, and informative. And my appointment with Dr. Abu was very helpful. I thought he was a compassionate and really caring provider who was thorough, definitely spent enough time listening to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The first thing is, I'm not sure which provider you are referring to, because it was garbled, probably some electronic reason. And when I attempted to stop you and ask you, the program would not allow that. So I was really guessing, but in general, I think it's a good hospital, I've been there many times before, and I've gotten very good care there. And know a lot of the doctors personally, not just through my interaction with them at the hospital. It was a very nice experience. The office was clean. The staff was very very pleasant and the Dr was very nice and explain everything to me and details and took his time was not rushed with me and I had a lot of questions so I was very happy with him I would definitely recommend him to my family
