Some type of provision should be made for hearing impaired people we can not hear you when you are required to wear masks. Infact a bit rude. Disappointing at that time until a different assistant was called in.

Upon arrival for my appointment, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. She demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout both check-in and checkout. I greatly appreciated the overall experience.

Both the doctor and the nurse were so supportive, such good listeners, and I left feeling so good about the appointment and my health care.

The 2 women at check-in were most helpful! They were pleasant & friendly. I arrived for my appointment on the wrong day but they encouraged /helped me get an appointment on the day I was there! I had to wait a mere 20 minutes. I was very appreciative!

I felt that she gave me the standard advice without considering what I'd told her. Ultimately she agreed with my suggested approach, but she really needed to be a better listener. I will likely look to schedule with another provider when I return.

The nurse education was superior. I was started on insulin for the first time and she explained it very well. I was given all the supplies I needed. It was very thorough. And so sorry, I can't remember the doctor's name, but who I was, I was seen, you know, I was given an appointment the same day when I called with concerns about my blood sugar. And the PA that saw me was very knowledgeable and very thorough and, you know, very professional. She checked with the doctor to see what we should do about putting me on insulin. And I feel very confident in everything that happened in that visit. I was also getting accommodation paperwork completed by the office and the nurse that helped me was superior and I know she stayed late that night to complete my work.

Left there with no resolution to my medical issue

I arrived to my appointment with Dr. [REDACTED] to be told that I did not have an appointment. This appointment was made over 3 months ago. (First appointment I could get). I talked to the office the day before appointment as they called to give me results of my blood work. I told them I had an appointment the following day and would see them then. They agreed. They were supposed to call pharmacy to order medication. I told them which pharmacy to send it to and it went to wrong pharmacy. End of story is that I was not able to see Dr. [REDACTED] but saw a PA. I was very unhappy with my messed up SCHEDULED appointment, especially having to wait for over 3 months to get the appointment with Dr. [REDACTED]. I am sure that I am not the only one that this has happened to and think that the supervisors should pay more attention to the schedulers. [PHI]
