Appreciate doctor's skill and expertise, however, it appears more organization is needed as patients should not have to experience excessive waiting time without some notification, especially for a confirmed, scheduled appointment, and the patient has arrived on time. Since garage parking tickets are no longer validated by the hospital, time is valuable for all concerned. Realizing the unexpected can occur to upset a schedule, this is when patients should be given the opportunity to either wait or reschedule.
