The only problem I had is that I received the bill the same day I was there and I have to check into it, but I have Medicare as insurance and no one in the office told me they don't accept Medicare, so I was surprised to get a bill the same day that I was there. That's it.

DR ZHAO IS THE MOST PLEASANT AND EASY TO LIKE DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER MET. ALL OF STAFF RADIATE THE SAME PERSONALITY. IF I COULD GIVE HIM AND THEM 10 STARS, I WOULD WANT TO RAISE THE SCORE TO 1,000 STARS! EVERYTHING ELSE - OFFICE, CLEANLINESS, PUNCTUALITY, ETC. IS OUTSTANDING.

Yes, I said it was a virtual visit, but it was not. I went in person and the doctor couldn't be nicer. The staff is very professional and very pleased with my first time visit there. And he's a wonderful doctor and the staff is wonderful as well. So I did go into the office. I didn't have a virtual. Thank you.

Thorough, Kind, and Professional Surgeon I had a very positive experience with Dr. Zhao. From the beginning, he was thorough, kind, and highly professional. He took the time to explain my surgery in detail and made sure I understood every part of the process. I never felt rushed-he was patient and answered all of my questions with care. I needed to consult with a neurosurgeon about my condition and Dr Zhao sought me out when I was briefly hospitalized, introduced himself and invited me to to see him a week later. This meeting was to review an MRI and he was very clear, patient and answered all concerns.
