I had a wonderful experience with this practice from the moment I first called through to my first visit. I have confidence in this doctors ability to care for my issue. It was so refreshing to have doctors nurses and staff be both competent AND really warm and kind. Makes an anxious patient like myself feel so much more at ease.

Dr. Gioia is extremely knowledgeable about women's bladder prolapse matters and he explained everything to me thoroughly. He recommended prebiotics and he suggested preventative measures for my recurring UTIs. His medical assistant was also very nice and efficient. The front desk receptionist (Filomena) who scheduled my initial appointment was great, and the surgical procedure scheduling ladies (Dawn and Jackie) were great as well. Thank you for a great visit.

This was my first visit with Dr. Gioia and I couldn't have been happier. The check-in process was easy and the nurse brought me back to the exam room way before my actual appointment time! The doctor came in promptly and explained the situation clearly and made a plan to address my concerns. I complemented the doctor and the office staff on how wonderful the whole experience was.

The only issue I have they do not return phone calls I had requested to let me know for how long I have to use the medicine that the doctor prescribed me. No one called me back
