I appreciate how polite and courteous all the staff members were, and I appreciate Dr. Kevin Jones for him listening to me and my concerns contently and helping me navigate issues with viable and educated options.

Dr. Jones was exceptionally professional in discussing. his proposed treatment with me and asking if I was comfortable with his proposals. He showed very quickly after the PA had finished her duties. And he was very efficient in calling in my prescriptions as stat so they were ready when we went directly to the Pharmacy.

Dr Jones is exceptionally good at listening to his patients. He hears what they have to say, never dismisses it, and values their input. He makes his patients a partner in their healthcare rather than someone that medicine is done to. While he hears them, he also guides the healthcare discussions with solid medicine. He respectfully explains his rationale for all healthcare. We are truly grateful for Dr Jones.

Dr. Jones and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They were sensitive to my needs, listened to my concerns, and addressed them in a respectful manner. The doctor put me at ease despite the fact that I wasn’t feeling well. His attention and concern felt genuine and I was treated as an individual, not just a patient. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Jones was attentive to a discussion of not only my immediate needs but understanding I wanted to know in the future what to do based on symptoms if/when they return again. Very thorough and cordial in his explanations, covering all the bases, even those which may not apply. For “due diligence”. That was very professional, and polite. His notes in MyChart were also very helpful.

I was treated with care by Dr Jones & you could tell he was smiling even under his mask. He explained everything thoroughly even asking if I was ok w generic.
