Dr. Jones and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They were sensitive to my needs, listened to my concerns, and addressed them in a respectful manner. The doctor put me at ease despite the fact that I wasn’t feeling well. His attention and concern felt genuine and I was treated as an individual, not just a patient. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Jones was attentive to a discussion of not only my immediate needs but understanding I wanted to know in the future what to do based on symptoms if/when they return again. Very thorough and cordial in his explanations, covering all the bases, even those which may not apply. For “due diligence”. That was very professional, and polite. His notes in MyChart were also very helpful.

I was treated with care by Dr Jones & you could tell he was smiling even under his mask. He explained everything thoroughly even asking if I was ok w generic.

Dr Jones did an excellent job of explaining my situation in language I could understand. This is a very important skill since most patients, like myself, are not medically trained or fluent in medical terminology.

Dr jones and nurse we just loved them but every one was amazing and nice and made us feel comfortable
