Brand new, location, nice staff, easy to get appointments. Dr. Doulens was great. Helpful, explain in laymen terms, listen to you and answers your questions and made the plan with te patient.

I went to the walk in clinic in Yulee. It was convenient for me because walk in are from 1-4 on friday. I arrived at one o'clock and was pleasantly great by Rachel and Tara. I was pull back and triage in a timely matter. K Doulens, MD was very educational, theral and explained everything to me. I look forward to my care plan and my next office visit. You guys Rock.

Clean and neat office Everyone was so very nice and efficient and seemed to really care about me. No waiting, appoitment was right on time. I especially liked the fact that the doctor actually walked me out to the door after the appointment . Such a nice and memorable detail. Thank you everyone at the office .

Dr Doulens quickly diagnosed and explained the issue with my rotator cuff, prescribed a rehabilitation plan and future steps.
He has a great bedside manner and a very thorough knowledge on shoulder injuries.
I’d highly recommend him!

Only took two days to get in. Very nice new neat facilities. Very convenient location in Yulee. Doctor took plenty of time to talk to us about the problem and explained everything.

I had a fantastic experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with cheerful smiles and made the check-in process quick and easy. The nurse was warm and friendly, ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all my questions in a way that made me feel valued and understood. Overall, I left the office feeling joyful and well taken care of. It was truly a great visit!

Dr Doulens is an excellent doctor. He really listens to you. He gave me suggestions to try and didn’t push for surgery. He understood why I don’t want surgery. He reviewed everything with me. I am recommending him to everyone.
