The surgery I had expected didn’t get done because I didn’t get medical clearance. When I tried calling the surgery coordinator the auto machine kept transferring me to a non medical person. That happened twice and poor man was perplexed and told me he’s not a doctor or a patient. I had apologize profusely.

It was a complete waste of time. My primary care physician had already recommended what I should do, and Dr. Chen, despite being a professional in the field, simply repeated what my primary care physician said. The consultation was pointless, and I was very dissatisfied.

The doctor himself was amazing. I would definitely be going back and using him again. He made me feel comfortable, very knowledgeable. He found something that I didn't know what was wrong, so I love the way that he actually paid attention to the x-rays and the MRIs.

Parking was a horrible experience! And the woman said she validated my parking but the machine tried to charge me anyways! Otherwise a very pleasant visit.

I would just like to say that Dr. Chen was extremely impressive, thoughtful, thorough, kind, attentive. His physician assistant, Hansel, was wonderful, as was Frank, the medical assistant that I met at the front desk. Her staff was excellent. care was really exceptionally great and just very pleased with the experience and look forward to being under his care. Thank you.

The guy doesn't know the diference between TRT therapy and steroids.,also he's telling me I'll probably need surgery with out having MRI.
